What I like about the hotel are the following: 1. The location. Near MRT, Outside of the Hotel are the Taxi cabs, next street Bus station. 2. They are cleaning our room every day. 3. The staff are nice. I don't get the bad review here, I think they are nice. They are just having a hard time communicating in English, and their accent a bit hard. So, some people might find it rude, but hey, it js just a language barrier. 4. It's worth the price. I think about booking in a 5 star hotel or this. But, I don't think booking in an expensive hotel is a nice choice because most of my time I spend outside. This hotel is a great alternative. 5. The design, some people might find it old. But the design is very classy. Despite it being a small hotel, they are able to put the classic designs. And I appreciate that.

Room was small but understandable and comfortable enough. Housekeeping done daily except when I place the "Do Not Disturb" tag on the door for the day. We had a cute fridge (no freezer, enough for 4 bottles at least), hairdryer, tv, 4 hangers, toiletries were available. Body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner were available but weren't replenished even though we stayed for more than a week. We had a bathtub. Walking distance to Mira Place mall where Donki is, lol. One receptionist was kind enough to place our rooms in one floor.

Room is compact by any tourist standard, however this is Hong Kong and the size is considered decent compared to most lodging places we have been. Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) is one area you can stay in and be connected to anywhere in HK through their efficient MTR (rail transit system) and highly convenient for people on foot to go for food and shopping. It's also very close to High Speed Rail into China (Austin station) which is one or two stations away from TST area.

Hotel looks old but he room is clean. Their maids clean the room everyday. Room size also not bad, it's fit for 2 people. Location is very good, just short walk from Jordan station with super market, minimart and many resturants around the hotel. And only 7-10 mins walks from Tsim Sha Tsui. No breakfast, which is better because you can get food from local place near by.

Staffs were superb! Friendly and helpful. It only takes not more than 10 minutes walk to the nearest (Jordan) MTR station. There’s a Seven-Eleven store nearby to top-up Octopus Card before we start our day. The property is not luxurious but it is well-maintained and clean. The view from 26th floor and beyond is pretty good or at least we are not blocked by a building.
